This Privacy Policy describes how MoneyGod ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up or sign in, we may receive identifiers from third-party providers you choose (Apple Sign In, Google, or X/Twitter), such as a unique identifier and, where you permit it, your name or email address. We do not receive or store your password.
Profile Information: You may provide a user handle (user_id) and set visibility (public or private). This information is stored to operate the App and, when public, to allow other users to find your profile.
Usage and In-App Data: The App stores local preferences (e.g., daily offerings selection, favorites) on your device. We may receive usage data from our service providers to operate and improve the App.
Subscription and Payment Information: Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status information to unlock features; we do not process or store your payment card details.

- To provide, operate, and maintain the App
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To enable subscription features and Restore Purchase
- To store and display your preferences (e.g., wisdom favorites, daily offerings)
- To send push notifications (e.g., oracle ready) if you have allowed them

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

- Supabase: Backend hosting for profiles and app data. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them to understand how they handle your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion (see Contact, below). We may retain certain data where required by law or to resolve disputes.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only:
- With service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., Supabase, RevenueCat) under contractual obligations
- If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- To protect our rights, safety, or property
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can:
- Update your profile and visibility settings in the App
- Request data deletion by contacting us
- Disable push notifications in your device settings
- Manage or cancel your subscription via the App Store
- Revoke access to Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other jurisdictions with similar laws, we process your data based on consent, contract performance, or legitimate interests, as applicable.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your device secure.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
