TERMS OF USE (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the MoneyGod application ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. We are offering you this App to use for your own personal use without cost, but you should be aware that you cannot send it on to anyone else, and you're not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

MoneyGod is licensed to you (End-User) by ZENA COSMOS LLC ("the Developer"), solely for use under the terms of this License Agreement. Our App uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA). By using this App, you agree to be bound by the standard Apple End User License Agreement which can be found at Apple's standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Apple customer support team.

4. Fee Changes

We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription cycle.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate the account deletion process directly within the App's settings or by contacting our support team.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the App following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified.
